FUNDRAISING EVENTS

Come out for a fun night to support the Seawolves Friday, June 14th @7pm

A Scholars' Academy Parent Association FUNdraiser! || Brooklyn Cyclones Vs. Staten Island Yankees.

Where: MCU Park 1906 Surf Ave Brooklyn, NY 11224 || When: Friday, June 14th @7pm (Pre-Game School Spirit Parade around the field 6:15 pm.-line up in sec. 21)

  • Tickets are $17 each and can be purchased using THIS LINK. All tickets purchases will help support The Scholars' Academy Parent Association so be sure to invite your friends and family.
  • All students who attend the game are invited to bring their ticket stubs for a dress down day on Monday, June 17th. Ticket stubs must be printed and brought in for students to dress down.
  • Don't forget you can also stay after the game and enjoy the Post Game Fireworks.

As part of CEP Goal #5, Scholars' Academy is partnering with its Parent Association to hold 3 main fundraisers this year in 3 geographic areas from where our students predominantly originate: Rockaway, Howard Beach/Ozone Park, and Brooklyn. Please plan a fun night out with other Scholars' friends and families to support our school.This event is a Parent Association promoted, voluntary, family event.All students must be with a supervising guardian/family member or legal guardian's designee.Scholars' Staff may, or not be, in attendance at this event.Scholars' Staff, who do attend the event, are NOT participating in a supervisory role.Students MAY NOT attend this event alone.Students must be accompanied by a parent/or legal guardian determined designee, older than 18 years of age.Siblings of students are welcome to participate in this event, providing siblings are supervised by a parent, or guardian's designee.Scholars' Academy assumes no legal liability for any incidents affiliated with this event.
Dear Parents,Enrich your child's summer while raising money for your school's PA!If you register for the Kids/Teens Summer Jazz Camp, the New York Jazz Workshop will make a donation to your school. Please review the programs below:About the Kids/Teens Summer Jazz CampThe NYJW Jazz camps offer kids and teens the opportunity to perform and learn about jazz music in an environment that is friendly, informative, and FUN! This is the perfect program for instrumentalists and vocalists (ages 9-16) to gain experience with jazz improvisation, ensemble-playing, composition, and more. This 5-day camp is offered every week, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm in the months of July and August 2019. Participants should have 2-3 years minimum experience playing their instrument.
